Burn belly fat , today - The proven way to melt fat fast

One of the biggest problems that we, Sri Lankans face is having that extra little too much belly fat. You must have tried many ways to get rid of that extra fat coming out of your belly. Dieting works, but too much dieting will drain your energy levels, make you think about your diet 24/7, cause mood swings and deprive you of sleep (not just that a growling stomach keeps you from catching Zzz's at night, a too-extreme diet also lacks nutrients that help you get a good night's sleep, so you toss and turn instead).

I’m going to share with you one of the most effective ways to do this. It’s a very simple jogging/sprinting schedule that you can finish off in maximum 20 minutes time and with minimum of resources. The advantage of this way of this method over normal jogging is that this method would keep on burning your fat throughout the day whereas the normal jogging will only make the fat burn at that time.

Try this simple schedule for a period of one month and feel the difference for yourself. This workout could be done on a treadmill if you have no space to jog around. The workout is called HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training)


1 min – Warm up – Mid Phase Jogging

• 30 seconds – Full speed sprint (Run as if a lion is following you up for dinner)
• 1 min – Slow jogging
Repeat the above two steps for many sets as you can. Slowly improve the number of sets up to 7 sets which is the optimum number.

1 min – Warm down - Slow jogging

You will only need about 20 minutes per day for this workout but make sure to do the workout for at least 3 times a week. With a proper diet plan (Not too extreme – Don’t kill yourself) you will see the results in no time.
